As part of the CSO Elimination Phase 2 project, Luizzi is continuing work at the following locations:
Crew 1 – 7th Street at 3rd Avenue (Night Work)

When: Wednesday 10/14 through Friday 10/16, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Road closure: 7th Street will be closed between 4th Avenue and Broadway during work hours. Access will be maintained for residents only.
- 3rd Avenue: Remains open, with flaggers directing traffic through the work area.
Crew 2 – 4th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (Day Work)

Work continues during normal daytime hours.
What to Expect:
- Construction crews will be installing new storm sewer infrastructure as part of the city’s Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) elimination program

Expect noise, equipment traffic, and temporary parking restrictions in active work areas

Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes and to follow flagger directions near the work zone.
- Access to driveways and businesses will be maintained whenever possible
