The City of Watervliet will continue hydrant flushing in Zone 1 (8th Avenue to Broadway & 9th Street (South of Arsenal Wall) to 1st Street), beginning Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Flushing will be done from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can find our 2026 Hydrant Flushing schedule and zone map on our city website or by clicking here.

Residents may experience temporary water discoloration or low water pressure during flushing periods. This is normal and should be resolved shortly after flushing is completed in your area. If

discoloration occurs, run cold water until it clears.
