DPW is working hard to get the streets plowed curb to curb.  If you live between the Arsenal Wall and 19th Street from 5th Avenue to 9th Avenue, please move your car or be ready to move your car IMMEDIATELY when you hear the police!!!!!!  The plowing will go a lot faster if they don’t have to wait for cars to be towed.
